Free Christmas Parade of Lights in Denver – Dec 6-7




Are you ready to enjoy  the 39th annual 9NEWS Parade of Lights in Denver? Begin your holiday season at the spectacular 39th Annual 9NEWS Parade of Lights in Denver on December 6-7, 2013 (click at bottom for more info). The two-mile parade route in Downtown Denver is the stage for Colorado’s brightest holiday tradition. The FREE holiday spectacular features marching bands, ornate floats, and, of course, a special appearance by Major Waddles the Penguin and Santa! This fun and free family event occurs at 8 p.m. on Dec. 6 and 6 p.m. on Dec. 7. Floats and marching bands are featured along with Santa Claus and Major Waddles the penguin.This event is Free and grandstand tickets are available. The parade begins at Bannock Street and 14th Avenue in front of the Denver City and County Building,denver free parade of lights
